Returns & Refunds — Diesel Diamond

At Diesel Diamond, we stand behind every product we put in your hands. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached (where applicable).

How to Start a Return Email us at dieseldiamond23@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Exchanges Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange. Just note it in your return request and we'll sort it out.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: personal safety alarms, self-defense keychains, skincare products, and essential oils — unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund, no return required.
