Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — Diesel Diamond is not responsible for carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package every mile of the way. 🚛

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@dieseldiamond.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
